A Final Farewell
Youth
I would like to thank everyone for making the A.G.M. my last one as Youth leader for Huddersfield, a very special one.
Christine and I have served in this post for over 15 years and we have finally decided it was time to let someone else take over.
Alison and Alan have shown an interest in the youth and are now keen to take charge of the youth and I′m sure with everyone′s help and support they will be very successful.We wish them all the best.
I would like to thank Linda and Stephen for all their help and enthusiasm that has kept us going over the years and also the Margaret and John who have always been there whenever we needed that extra help.
Thank you for the beautiful gift of glasses and decanter and for the framed photograph of all the youth.

Come and join the HDA Youth!
Youth are eligible from the age of 12 to 21 years.
We have a variety of activities throughout the year and attend all the major youth rallies including the international, which is in Portugal in 2008.
We have a youth test in September which when passed allows camping at a reduced rate after the age of 21.
Junior Youth Section
The Junior Youth Section welcomes children from the age of 8 years, till they join the main youth.
Come and pitch your tent with us and join in the fun.
Next meet will be the sports meet Friday 29th June - Sunday 1st July.
This years sports meet will have traditional races and we will be having the usual bouncy castle.
