Friday 30th March
Visit our Admin marquee and enjoy a welcome drink and try your luck on our Tombola. Bacon and sausage butties will be on sale over the lunchtime period for a small charge. (£1.00)
Our Youth Leader, Alan Carr will be selling ‘Pirate Ships’ (£3 each) for the race night on Saturday evening. Before each race Owners will be invited into the ‘Pirates Mess’ to have a drink of grog.
The number of Ships available to buy, are limited, so don’t miss out on owning one of these special ships – if only for an evening!
Prizes for the winning owner and champion Pirate rower.
Raffle tickets will also be on sale.
Enjoy the rest of the day settling in and perhaps strolling into York.
Saturday 31st March
Admin Tent opens at 10.00 a.m. for a craft session where you can decorate an egg, make an Easter card , or decorate your Easter Bonnet. Anyone who would like to decorate an hard boiled egg This year’s theme is ‘Pirates’
Please bring your own eggs
7.30 p.m. – 11.00 p.m. in the Ebor Suite, Racecourse Building Pirate Ship Championship Race night. Everyone will get the chance to be a champion rower. All races are age set except the final, which is for the winners of the previous races.
Each bet is only 20p, so you can ‘edge your bets’ and bet on more than one! Please enter into this fun filled event. Half of the bets will go into our youth funds, and the other paid out in winnings! During this evening your amazing outfits will be judged.
Please bring your own drinks and supper.
Sunday 1st April
10.00 a.m until we sell out Bacon and sausage sandwich @ £1.00 each
Tea and coffee provided free of charge.
10.00 a.m. Bring your decorated eggs and Easter cards to the admin tent for judging.
11.15 a.m. Judging of your Easter Bonnet followed by Egg races, (NO hard boiled eggs allowed) traditional action packed games for all the family. Please bring your own eggs.
6.30 p.m.- 7.00 p.m. Children’s Egg hunt in the Racecourse building (Ebor Suite)
While these games etc are taking place, bingo tickets and raffle tickets will be on sale.
7.00 p.m. – 8.00 p.m. Bingo
8.00 p.m. – 9.00 p.m. Entertainment by Laura
9.00 p.m. – 9.30 p.m.Raffle draw
9.30p.m. – 10.30 p.m.Entertainment by Laura
Followed by Disco dancing till midnight

Monday 2nd April
You may wish to spend your time with us relaxing or exploring the historic city of York with it’s many attractions. It’s only a 20 minute walk along the riverbank
